This page describes what the TriDot AI Connector does with your data. It supplements, and does not replace, the Predictive Fitness Privacy Notice, which remains the canonical statement of how we collect, use, share and retain Personal Data, and of your rights and how to exercise them.
You may choose to connect the Platform to a third-party AI assistant — for example Claude, or any other client supporting the Model Context Protocol. Connecting requires you to sign in and approve access, and you can disconnect at any time in your AI client. To revoke the grant on our side as well, email support@predictive.fit.
While the connection is active, the assistant can request the same Personal Data you can already see in the Platform, including health and fitness data such as workouts, performance metrics, heart rate and other recorded sensor data. Coaches can additionally request that data for the athletes assigned to them, and can post comments and calendar notes to those athletes, exactly as they can in the coach portal.
Personal Data you send to a third-party AI assistant is processed by that provider under its own privacy notice and terms, not ours. We do not control how that provider uses, stores or retains it. Review your provider’s privacy notice before connecting, and disconnect the assistant if you no longer want it to have access. Connecting an AI assistant will disclose health and fitness data to that provider. You may withdraw that consent at any time: disconnect the assistant in your AI client, which stops it making further requests, and email support@predictive.fit to have the grant itself revoked on our side. We receive the requests your assistant makes on your behalf, including any text sent as part of a request — a search term, or the comment, calendar note or feature request a coach asks us to post. Comments, calendar notes and feature requests are stored exactly as they are when you create them in the app; a coach’s comment is visible to the athlete it is posted to.
Our operational logs record the account that made each request, the tool used, whose data was requested and when, so we can run and secure the service. They do not record the text of your conversation with the assistant.
